Setup Engineering offers a bespoke service to varying kinds of rider. We can therefore apply our expertise to deliver you the ride you need.

To give you ideas of what our custom services involve take a look at the standard packages offered below:

1. Crate Setup
We'll take your 'out of the crate' or new bike and adjust the geometric settings and suspension to suit your build and riding requirements. Straight away this service not only gives you the equivalent of the 25 brake horse power that is otherwise inaccessible or lost to a poor ride, but it also optimises your tyre life and performance.

Customers are invited to spend 3 to 4 hours at Setup Engineering to witness the Setup and receive tuition.

Crate Setup just £290.00 + VAT

2. Full Setup
This service is similar to the Crate Setup although it also includes significant extras such as rebuilding the rear shock absorber as well as the front fork internals to deliver a vastly superior ride. Again, customers are invited to be present at the Setup session and to receive

Prices may increase depending on the customer's choice of OEM Componentry and the detail to the service applied.

Full Setup from £520.00 + VAT

Nb. All Crate and Full Setup customers leave with a 'Setup Spec. Sheet' detailing the 'before & after' changes that have been made to their componentry, a T-shirt (Setup virgins only), Setup Engineering bike stickers and, following a test ride around 2 laps of the Wandsworth Motodrome, a smile on their faces!

3. Fork Service
The Fork Service is designed for the customer in need of a quick once-over of their forks and internals. The service includes dismantling the forks to component form, washing, cleaning and inspecting their internals as well as the removing of all traces of sludge build up from the shims (created by oxidised oil). The forks are then rebuilt using superior suspension fluids with new seals and/or bushes where necessary. All fork adjustments are reset to 'as found' customer specification.

The 'Stand Alone' Fork Service caters to the customer that has already removed the forks from the bike and merely presents them to Setup Engineering for an overhaul; whereas

The 'Removal & Refit' Fork Service encompasses all the abovementioned provisions but caters to the customer that would like Setup Engineering to remove and refit the forks during the service.

'Stand Alone' Fork Service £148.00 + VAT
'Removal & Refit' Fork Service from £196.00 + VAT

4. Shock Service
As with the Fork Service, the Shock Service is designed for the customer in need of a quick once-over of their shock and internals. Again the service makes for the same provisions as with the Fork Service as well as their adjustments being reset to 'as found' customer specification.

Stand Alone Shock Service from £110.00 + VAT
Removal & Refit Shock Service from 206.00 + VAT

5. Bike Service
Entrust your ride to Even Reg, he's been servicing bikes for years and only uses the highest quality personal application to put the lubricant where it is needed. People riding Even Reg's serviced machines always feel the difference.

A typical service includes: oil change, oil filter change, spark plugs change, air filter change or clean depending on model, carburettor (s) / injector (s) synchronise, cable adjustments check, control positions and movements check, brake pads check, chain tension and lubricate, wheel alignments check (laser track wheel alignment optional extra), tyre pressures check and full nuts and bolts check.

The Bike Service cost is subject to time taken, parts needed and extras (not over the phone).

Nb. Please note that this is the cheapest way to benefit from what would otherwise be Even Reg's standard hourly rate for services rendered.

Bike Service from £180.00 + VAT
Laser Track Wheel Alignment £15.00 + VAT

6. Full Race Preparation
For this service your bike is completely stripped and rebuilt. The chassis is jigged to zero the anomalies, the geometric settings are adjusted, the engine is blueprinted and tuned, the front and rear suspension are reengineered, kit parts are designed into the equation as required or specified by the customer and the bike is fully dressed. All chassis preparation is done at jig time ie. helicoils fitted into any often-used alloy threads, calliper mounts, fork clamp threads, sub-frame mounts etc… that are of importance during the dressing assembly.

The cost of this advanced service is subject to client specification, parts, competition & class regulatory issues or all of the aforementioned.. Full Supersport or Superbike builds are considerably more expensive and is exclusive of componentry.

Race Setups start at £5,800.00 + VAT
